A deep dive into how we measure where Canadian markets currently are, how they are changing, and what they should look like:

· Prices and price indices: What prices do we measure, how do we measure them, and what message do indices bear? What changes have we seen?

· Understanding demographics: How are demographics changing? Who is bidding/buying? What are they buying? Extent of domestic and foreign investment?

· Issues of affordability: What are sensible prices? Where do we fall in comparison to other global cities?

· Mortgages: what changes have we seen in the movement of mortgage activity?

· What do we want these housing markets to look like?
