Biography

Aaron Groulx, Partner, HR Transformation, Deloitte Canada

Aaron is a Partner in Human Capital and Deloitte’s National HR Service Delivery Leader with over a decade focus on HR transformation and Technology.

His specialty is HR service delivery having performed multiple transformations for several of Canada’s most important organizations. In addition to hands on experience, Aaron has supported the development of Deloitte’s Global HR transformation Method, High Impact Operating model and refreshed maturity models and was the Global HR Transformation Chief of Staff.
