Devan Gander is Manager, Programs and Policy Councils at the C.D. Howe Institute. In her current roles, she is responsible for leading the Institute's Programs' Department and various Policy Councils. Devan has knowledge in a broad spectrum of policy areas, including energy, financial services, health and international trade. She joined the Institute as Development and Events Coordinator in January 2015. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
