Finn Poschmann graduated in economics from Carleton University in Ottawa in 1986 and is President & CEO of the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council.
He was previously Vice President, Policy Analysis at the C.D. Howe Institute, where he held a variety of positions since January 1998.
Dr. Jack M. Mintz is the President’s Fellow of the School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary, after serving as the Palmer Chair and founding Director from January 1, 2008 to June 30, 2015.
Thomas Wilson is an Emeritus Professor of Economics, and Senior Advisor to the Policy and Economic Analysis Program at the Rotman Institute for International Business at the University of Toronto.
