This invitation-only dinner will feature presentations from three former Canadian Ambassadors to the Russian Federation – Jeremy Kinsman (1993-1996), Anne Leahy (1996-1999), and Ralph Lysyshyn (2006-2010). The panelists will present on President Vladimir Putin's personal anxieties about the West, share behind-the-scenes details of meeting and negotiating with senior Russian officials, and thoughts on how the Trudeau administration should approach its relationship with the Kremlin in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
