February 11th, 2019 - The Board Members and staff of the C.D. Howe Institute mourn the passing of the Hon. Michael Wilson.

“Michael Wilson’s achievements in business, in public life, and in service to the community made him a truly outstanding Canadian,” said William Robson, President and CEO of the C.D. Mr. Wilson served as the Chair of the C.D. He contributed to the Institute’s Intelligence Memos blog series, and spoke at numerous Institute events, including the Institute’s 2017 Benefactors Lecture on the Canada-US relationship.
