Dr. Charles Evans, President & CEO, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, gave the 2012 Benefactor's Lecture at the C.D. Howe Institute on November 27, 2012

In addition to presiding over the Chicago Fed, Dr. Evans is a member of the critical Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), chaired by Ben Bernanke, which is the Federal Reserve System's official monetary-policy making body. Dr. Evans will address how America's central bank intends to continue to respond to lackluster economic progress.
